Where We Go, Where We Have Been

We are licensed by the State of Idaho.  That doesn’t mean we only work in Idaho.  Because many states have mutual aid agreements, interstate compacts, emergency declaration statutes, state laws regarding EMS specialties, and even more important because we are US Government employees at the time of our working, we are able to go anywhere you would like us.

Over the last ten years we have been requested to respond and done so throughout most of the western states and some of the southern and eastern states as able. Unfortunately, we have at times been unable to provide the needed resource, often due to previous military deployments or other assignments.

We have been to numerous wildfires across:  Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, California, South Dakota, Washington, Texas, Montana and Colorado

Many of the states we have been to previously have developed a working relationship with Wildland Fire Rescue and understand the specialty it provides that typical 911 settings, wither volunteer or career, are unable to due to cost, training, locations, and needs of local communities.  It also understands the greater risks associated with this type of specialty service and many local providers, especially with a small volunteer group, cannot take the time away from their primary occupations to support the wildland fire line-setting.

Green states are where we have been.
Red states are where we are helping with wildfires right now.
